At Game Plan Sports, we offer circuit training with a group environment. This is a great way to get time on court working on your movement and set up, whilst also improving your physical preparation and conditioning. Working in part of a group or a team to really train smart, as well as hard with each other, especially when you ‘buddy’ up with a partner to push each other.
Working with a ‘buddy’ or as part of a team also allows you to partly choose your training intensity level, but more importantly it keeps you accountable. Each week you will see an improvement from session to session, allowing you to reach your own personal best.
Help strengthen your body, become faster, more agile & overall fitter for whatever activity you do. As well as the enjoyment & knowledge of learning a new skill or improve an existing one.
