Training with Game Plan is for players 11- 18yrs old. We work to ensure that these players are physically literate.  Able to perform to their highest sporting ability, whilst working through their individual pathway of development.

Building strong fundamental patterns of strength, the players physical preparedness & helping to aid injury prevention. Our mission is to help each player reach the goals & to breed confidence in how they feel, as well as their sporting goals.

As tennis and squash are individual sports, this is a great way to also feel part of a team. Training together with other players, who have similar goals.
