Mini Fast Trak fitness is for those players within Peter Lavery Tennis Program. We have a tailored program for the needs of our mini tennis players for the ball colour they compete on. Working on players physical literacy, improving their movement ability and mobility to help with injury prevention. The goal of these sessions is to help our players develop into an all round athlete. We cover all the main components of the fitness cycle, cardio and muscular endurance, power, speed, strength and flexibility.
